~A collection of my photographs and favorite writings~
i hope you've been doing well. i have always been like my zodiac sign and going back in my shell. did you know we share more then just appreciation of nature? we were both born on holidays! i know it can be fun but it is also a dragthat we never get to celebrate quitely, huh? i guess it was 18 years ago today i lost my oldest sister, her husband and three beautiful children in a horrific car crash when they were hit head-on by a drunk driver. i was 23 and thought i had it all in control. i think i really started seeing things for the first time and really began to see beauty and gods creations as they really are. i apologize for rambling on but i get carried away sometimes. something else we have in common is daydreaming. i even get into trouble because of it. do you?anyway, i havent responded for awhile because i haven't been online, i think, since i last wrote.
Hello there. It's good to see you here again. :) Sorry that it's taken me this long to reply to your comments. This time of year is always busy, but it's for a good cause. We do seem to have a lot in common, including the holiday birthdays. Mine usually passes without much notice, but I'm not really complaining. As a kid, it kind of bothered me. Nowadays, it doesn't really matter. LOL By the way, rambling is not a bad quality. I do quite a bit of it myself, in case ya' didn't notice. ;) I'm truly sorry to hear about your sister and her family. Even after that amount of time, it has to be difficult. I can't imagine. It often takes losses such as that to make us realize what is truly important in life. It gives us a greater appreciation for the simple things, the things that most take for granted. Again, I'm very happy that you stopped by. :) Don't be a stranger.
